Service: production management
Another part of our service is the production management of annual report productions for the holding company and for individual affiliates.
Within one year, we managed the production of 14 annual reports for the group. Since all reports had to be completed at the same time, we coordinated 8 advertising agencies, 8 pre-press companies (typesetting and lithography) and 5 printing shops for this.
In these projects, we manage the process from marketing agency all the way to dispatch and also ensure adherence to deadlines, quality and costs for the client.
Service: technology consulting: implementation of an image database
We assisted the client in selecting and implementing a media database (media asset management system) to hold all graphical material and layouts from all affiliates for the creation of print and online projects as well as for press work.
